Hosted by Adam Olsen, Good Relations brings together authors, academics, and activists to explore good relations grounded in law, lived experience, and moral responsibility. Through honest dialogue and critical inquiry, the series invites audiences to move beyond slogans and conflict toward understanding, accountability, and the hard work of relationship building.

The Honourable Dr. Jody Wilson-Raybould, PC, OBC, KC, served as the Independent Member of Parliament for Vancouver Granville, Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, Minister of Veterans Affairs, and Associate Minister of National Defence. Wilson-Raybould is a partner of JWR Business Group Ltd., a lawyer, advocate, and leader among Canada’s Indigenous Peoples. She has written four bestselling books: From Where I Stand (2019),“Indian” in the Cabinet (2021), True Reconciliation (2022), and Reconciling History (2024). Wilson-Raybould is a descendant of the Musgamagw-Tsawataineuk and Laich-Kwil-Tach peoples, which are part of the Kwakwaka’wakw, also known as the Kwak’wala-speaking peoples. She is a member of the We Wai Kai Nation. Her traditional name, Puglaas, means “woman born to noble people.” She lives in Cape Mudge, BC.

Dr. Roshan Danesh, KC, is an internationally renowned lawyer and educator who has worked and taught around the globe on issues of peace-building and conflict resolution, and in Canada on advancing reconciliation and community building. Educated at Harvard Law School, he has written or co-authored over twenty articles and books, including Dimensions of Baha’i Law (2019) and Reconciling History (2024). He lives in Nanaimo, BC.
