Tables:
Each table seats up to eight people. Your table, chair, table linen, napkin and place setting (plates, cutlery, and glasses) are provided however, guests are encouraged to bring their own table décor. The only rule is everything must be red and white (some clear glass is acceptable).
Wine:
Inniskillin Cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet Sauvignon is hot these days and this red is leading the trend. Look for currant and cassis note alongside ripe fruit and rounded tannins. Will go with roasts of meat, slow cooker recipes, pasta or vegetarian dishes.
Inniskillin Pinot Grigio
Okanagan white with passion fruit and pineapple flavours and notes of lemon zest. It's medium-bodied and mouth-watering.
