The Peninsula Garden Club's next meeting will be Monday, April 8th at 7pm at the Mary Winspear Centre in Sidney. The speaker for the evening will be Fran Benton, a keen plant propagator who uses her background in Botany to research the kinds of things deer don't like. She will speak on ways to outsmart deer and introduce her favourite deer-proof heroes. Everyone welcome, drop in fee $5.  Refreshments, Parlour Show, Plant Stall, Library and Raffle.
