Have a chat with registered dietitian, get your feet checked, take your blood pressure and interact with others!
The focus this year is on healthy eating. Come and learn about reading food labels, menu planning, carb counting and more! Penny Murray, CDA Branch Coordinator, says: "People are sometimes confused these days about what to eat - with all of the fad and latest miracle foods - it can get pretty overwhelming.
